Bayesians vs Frequentists: A Summary
I really enjoyed this talk by Sharon McGrayne. Besides learning a lot about the history of Bayesian statistics, I also learned a valuable lesson about the dress code at Google (but you have to watch this all the way to the Q&A, to see what it may be).
